We participate in many managed care plans and see patients with traditional insurance. You can view the list of insurance plans we accept to the right, but to find out specific coverage please contact our office or your insurance company.

Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit. If your insurance plan does require this, we ask that you please be prepared with your co-payment and your insurance card upon arrival. To make it as easy as possible for you, we accept cash, check, and most major credit cards at our office.

Some insurance plans may require that you get authorization from them before you visit us. Since this differs by plan, please check with your insurance company so you can receive complete benefits from your coverage.

What is a co-pay?

When you have fee-for-service health insurance, your insurance company will typically approve and pay a percentage of your medical bills. You are responsible for the balance due, which is called your copayment or coinsurance.
